My name is Fran Martinez, I was a candidate of the Santa Fe Professional Business Women’s 2012 Young Professional program. Through this program I attended four Saturday sessions to learn how to sharpen my business skills to become more successful. My participation was just the push I needed to finish some projects I had put aside. I have reinstated my insurance license and working on my own part time business through Primerica. In my spare time I’m volunteering with a local business in Espanola, to help other professional women grow their businesses. Next year I plan to attend the program again and I will give you an update on my projects! My goal is to be your 2013 young professional of the year!

Message from Michael Anne Antonucci, President
October - 2013
It’s an exciting time to be a member of PBWNM. Our non-profit organization was chartered in 1923 and has demonstrated a 90 year commitment advocating for women’s issues at the local, state and national level. Our longevity is attributed to our diverse group of members who span a broad spectrum of occupations and interests; the common thread uniting us is a concern that women be treated equitably in all areas of their lives.
We invite you and your friends to become a member of one of our local chapters: Santa Fe PBW (celebrating 90 years), Albuquerque PBW (celebrating 92 years), Raton PBW (celebrating 84 years) or you can also join as a member at large. Membership is open to all women and men who support our goals and objectives. PBW membership facilitates connections, personal growth and professional success through networking and development programs and also helps build stronger communities through our fundraising efforts to offer scholarships, outreach to support causes such as Domestic Violence Awareness and support to women veterans in transition.
I am honored to lead this organization in such a landmark year and look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of PBWNM and our members. I hope that you will join me in supporting this organization and continuing our legacy of advocating for women’s issues.
With Kindest Regards,
Michael Anne Antonucci
PBWNM President 2013-2014
