Professional Business Women of New Mexico (PBWNM) always searches for candidates each year from the individual chapters to be nominated for the Professional Business Woman of the Year Award, a special recognition program sponsored by PBWNM since 1989. Eligibility requires living and/or employment in Santa Fe County . This completion and submission of the attached PBWNM Biographical & Contact Information Form (see below for more details and deadlines for each year). This will provide enough time for the PBWNM board to handle this process before the banquet (read further).
PBWNM membership is not required for candidates. Selection is based on an individual’s career achievements; efforts on behalf of issues such as pay equity and equal rights; assistance to others in the advancement of their own careers; guidance to youth and young professionals; and organization/association affiliation. You are encouraged to recommend yourself, a business associate, acquaintance, or family member for consideration; all candidates will receive special recognition.
The candidates each year will be recognized at a special event in October (except for 2020 due to COVID-19). A reservation form with details is provided below with a variety of plate options and special savings for all who take advantage of an Advance Reservation dates will be listed 30 days before this annual event.
